Forty years later a dream comes into fruition”Anita’s Illustrious Cleaning.”  This business was birthed through a desire of her mother, who had worked as a maid for many years. She earned $1.50 per week or received the family’s left over meals as emolument.  One morning,  God gave Tarran a great idea–”Maid Service.” As she researched the business, she shared the idea with her mom. Her mom was amazed, it had been a desire of hers as a young woman. Now 73-years old, Tarran’s mom is the chairman and training specialist of their cleaning business.

Tarran Carter is an entrepreneur, the CEO of Anita’s Illustrious Cleaning: A Prestigious Home and cleaning service.

Tarran Carter is the Founder of Ray of Light Central,  ”Ray of Light Central, a teen enrichment, youth mentoring and counseling program that prepares students, ages 7-18  for college and to become entrepreneurs or obtain high-end positions.

Tarran is an Executive Pastor, who pastors along side of her husband,Sr. Pastor Leo Carter. She heads-up the Administration Department, additionally, the mentoring and counseling programs of Perfecting Praise Ministries, Long Island New York.

Tarran Carter has experience as an executive management consultant, speaker, and executive with expertise in human capital and cultural change management. She has helped small to mid-size organizations achieve their goals through more effective human strategy and management.

Through strategic assessment; most in general; there is common results–a divergence between what the founder and CxOs say they have or want as a culture, and what their practices actually are. Too often, there is lip service to some ideals while, everyone knows that this not what really happens. In some cases, basic practices and policies have simply been borrowed from other organizations but were wrong for their organizational needs. Methodically, Tarran has successfully change the organizational culture enabling the company achieve success and eliminate losses.

Tarran has an extensive background in leadership as the officer at one of the largest banks in California. Her objective; to help create practices which support the culture the company acquires. Many business founders have realized that their organization’s culture reflect their hiring and compensation.

Tarran has also established herself as a Career Development Coach, Executive Officer, and HR Director at a mid-size law firm in Manhattan.

Pastors Carters have two lovely daughters. Tarran is an inspirational blog writer.  Her passion is interior design, which led her to attend Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, NY. Years later Pastor Carter pursued her passion to design.
